It wasn't the easiest property to sell as the unit needed updating and it was a tough market compared to last year but Barbara got the job done. Barb is the best realtor I have ever dealt with. She was extremely helpful upfront in determining the right listing price and she was diligent in following up with each showing and in negotiating the offers received. Once under contract she was so helpful in working through diligence issues and in helping get through to closing especially since we were out of town. It was so comforting to know she was there for us on the ground to help ua get to closing! I would highly recommend her!
