Barb is the best realtor I have ever dealt with. She was extremely helpful upfront in determining the right listing price and she was diligent in following up with each showing and in negotiating the offers received. Once under contract she was so helpful in working through diligence issues and in helping get through to closing especially since we were out of town. It was so comforting to know she was there for us on the ground to help ua get to closing! I would highly recommend her!

We started looking for a new home before the pandemic. We called three RA in to give us a quote to sell our condo. Barbara was the most professional and came in at the highest quote. It took for the pandemic to quiet down and my husband to get healthy from a health issue to get back to looking for a new home again. We were impressed with Barbara's homework and she did her due diligence on the area and similar homes. She is very kind, professional and attentive to detail.
